BAUG – Brother Are You Good

BAUG (Brother Are You Good?) is a collective of community organizations dedicated to creating and providing events and meaningful spaces that explore the joys, challenges, and experiences of being a father and a man. Through community conversations, educational events, fellowship, and supportive programming, BAUG addresses topics that impact men and families, including:

• New fatherhood and parenting

• Single parenting

• Co-parenting

• Marriage and relationships

• Mental health and emotional well-being

• Child custody and family court experiences

• Child welfare and family support

• Fatherhood, identity, and personal growth

BAUG encourages honest, open, and judgment-free conversations, creating a safe and supportive environment where men can share their experiences, learn from one another, build meaningful connections, be celebrated, and simply be themselves. Our goal is to strengthen men, fathers, families, and communities by creating opportunities for connection, understanding, healing, and growth.

Community Partners

BAUG is supported through collaboration with community organizations and partners, including:

• Operation PAR, Inc.

• USF Family Service Centers

• Pinellas Prevention Partners

• Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. – Delta Omicron Sigma

• DOS Crescent Foundation, Inc.

• Johns Hopkins Hospital – Strengthening Families Through Maternal, Child and Health Program

Together, these community partners help create opportunities for men and fathers to access resources, develop stronger relationships, navigate challenges, and build healthier families and communities.

BAUG is more than an event—it is a community. A place where men can come as they are, have real conversations, support one another, and answer the question: “Brother, are you good?”
