Welcome to the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Delta Omicron Sigma Chapter website. We are
the Pinellas County, Florida Alumni Chapter. I am Bro. Shaylan Davidson, President of the
chapter, and would like to thank you for taking this opportunity to browse through our website to
find out more information about our local chapter and our Fraternity.

Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. and the Delta Omicron Sigma Alumni Chapter have a long
history of providing service to the St. Petersburg community as well as the surrounding Tampa
Bay area. Through the Fraternity’s three main programs: Bigger and Better Business, Education,
and Social Action, our chapter has faithfully proudly participated in many initiatives around the
Pinellas County area to include March of Dimes, American Cancer Society, Promoting Literacy
with our Adopt-A-School program, Sigma Beta Club, and our Founders’ Day Scholarship
Banquet just to name a few.

The men of Delta Omicron Sigma stay true to our motto “Culture for Service and Service for
Humanity.” We reaffirm and maintain our commitment to brotherhood, scholarship, and service,
as well as ensure that the Fraternity’s programs are focused and committed to serving humanity.
We must strive to make a difference in the lives of young people, to help them reach their full
potential and provide opportunities for them to achieve.

partner, DOS Crescent Foundation and our state recognized youth auxiliary, the Sigma Beta
Club.
