Welcome to the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. Delta Omicron Sigma Chapter website. The Pinellas County Sigmas was chartered on Nov 14, 1963, and has been serving the community for more than 60yrs. I am Bro. Joel Shedrick, President for 2025 – 2027 term. I would like to thank you for taking this opportunity to browse through our website to find out more information about our local chapter and our Fraternity.
Our fraternity motto “Culture for Service and Service for Humanity” have inspired and challenged us all daily as we have prepared for the times ahead. As members of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc, we strive to uphold our intrinsic value of social responsibility, and we are committed to creating a more inclusive and equitable brotherhood for all. Recent events have served to remind us of the longstanding injustice in our society.
Through the Fraternity’s three main programs: Bigger and Better Business, Education, and Social Action, our chapter has faithfully proudly participated in many initiatives around the Pinellas County, and we welcome you to view those programs here on our website. Our 501(c) 3DOS Crescent Foundation Inc. is here to help and serve the community as well.
Grounded by our Fraternity values of Brotherhood, Scholarship and Service and guided by our ambitious vision for the future. We will never forget the Founders of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. A. The strength and purpose of our ‘Brotherhood’ is evident. Our brotherhood is powered by our ability and desire to stay connected, as well as our passion for our purpose, and the bonds of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. Delta Omicron Sigma Chapter will keep us close now and always.
