The N.I.K.E tutoring program was started by Mrs. Ronda Jackson, the late wife of Mr. Thomas “Jet” Jackson, a Life Member of the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc. Delta Omicron Sigma Chapter. Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity Inc.  Delta Omicron Sigma Chapter along with the DOS Crescent Foundation are continuing the program to provide the services in our community.
